Social Hand Grenade aims to ship its products as soon as possible, normally within 24 hours or 48 hours at weekends after the purchase is made on our store.
Tracking orders
All shipping is carried out either via DHL or Royal Mail. These services use online tracking via either DHL or Royal Mail’s websites.
Once an order is shipped, an email will be sent to the buyer to confirm the delivery and will include a tracking number so the consignee can track the delivery online.
We recommend to our customers to track the shipment of their orders just so if a delivery was attempted at the delivery address, they can get in touch with the carrier to re-schedule the delivery and to avoid that it get returned to us.
Shipping Charges
The orders are all sent via registered mail with a standard delivery service.
Shipping prices are calculated depending on the weight and on the country of destination once the delivery address has been entered.
The shipping cost includes the cost of packing and for countries based within the EU, VAT (Tax) is added to the shipping charge.
Delivery timescales
The delivery time varies upon the country of destination and the carrier with which the order was shipped.
- For orders shipped in the UK, the delivery time is usually 1 to 2 working days.
- For orders shipped in Europe, the delivery can take up to 5 working days.
- Outside Europe, deliveries can take up to 15 days.
