How do I order online?

Browse our online store for the item you are interested in buying. Click on its name or picture to open the product page which will describe the item with full specification.

When you find the item you want to buy, choose your size and when possible the color from the options available. Click on "Add to cart” to add the item to your shopping basket.

If you want to buy other products, click on "Continue shopping” (you can go back to your cart by clicking onto "Shopping Cart” in the top right hand corner). If you finish shopping, click onto "Checkout”.

Then you will have to either enter your login details if you have already created an account in the past or you will have to register by entering your email address and then your password.

You will have after to follow each step of the billing and payment process.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an automatic email from us with your order details to confirm your order and another email from Paypal or SagePay to confirm the payment.

When your order is dispatched you will also receive an email to confirm the delivery including a tracking number and the name of the company who is in charge of the shipment.

How can I place an order?

You can either pay via Paypal, SagePay or over the phone with your card (+44 (0)1453 700 574). We accept the following cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express or Maestro/Switch.

Why have I not received a confirmation email for my order?

The fact that you haven’t received an email of confirmation for your order can be for different reasons:

- the email you supplied is incorrect

- your inbox may be full

- the email may have gone into your junk emails box (it sometimes is filtered by spam systems) so we recommend that you check your junk emails box

How much are shipping charges?

How much time does delivery take?

We do our best to dispatch every order within 24 hours or within 48 hours if the order is placed during the week-end. Deliveries within the UK take between 2 to 3 days, deliveries within Europe can take up to 5 days and for orders outside Europe, deliveries can take up to 15 days.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

To track the delivery of your order, please refer to the email you received from us when your order was shipped; the email includes a tracking number and the name of the carrier.

Once you have your tracking number, you will be able to track the shipment by visiting the website of the company who shipped your order:

Can I return my order for an exchange or a refund?
